About the Role
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer with experience in C++, backend systems, and software-defined radio technologies to support secure, mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will work on data processing, communication protocols, and system-level software in a collaborative engineering environment.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ and Java
Implement and support Software Defined Radio (SDR) solutions using GNU Radio
Develop data preprocessing pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver structured data
Author and maintain system design and technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments
Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of software systems
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in C++ and/or Java
Experience with backend systems and data processing
Ability to work in a secure or classified environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with GNU Radio and SDR technologies
Familiarity with signal processing or communication protocols
Knowledge of JSON, CSV, and data transformation pipelines
CompTIA Security+ certification
Experience with Agile development methodologies
