About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electronics and Telecommunications Technician to support
military and government communication systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
expertise with tactical radios, COMSEC, SATCOM, and C4ISR systems, as well as experience
training and supporting military personnel.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot tactical communication systems.
Support SINCGARS, SATCOM, HMS radios, JCR/BFT/JBC-P, and related systems.
Apply COMSEC procedures to protect classified communications.
Perform system diagnostics, inspections, and performance evaluations.
Develop and deliver training materials and instruction to end users.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and SOP development.
Support network upgrades and modernization efforts.
Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to ensure mission readiness.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in electronics or telecommunications (military or DoD contractor).
Hands-on experience with tactical and military communication systems.
Strong RF troubleshooting and electronics repair skills.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Ability to train and mentor personnel.
Willingness to travel or deploy as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military service (25U or related MOS).
Experience supporting training programs or NET teams.
COMSEC repair or lead experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training.
Experience in OCONUS environments
